Extensionchord.org is an ongoing musical creative project hosted by Jake Ratiner and Julian Cassanetti with the goal of making a song with a visual accompaniment every month. The spirit of the project has always been to collaborate with our friends.

We'd like to create a space we can record with everyone, no matter where you are, whenever you feel like it.

First and foremost, this is a musical project and we'd love tracks from you. Be it an instrument, synth, percussion, noise, vocals, samples, drums, just do what's fun!

Listen to the demo and if you have an idea or just improvise something, send it! We might edit it, sample it, loop it etc, but prefer raw performances with all the mistakes front to back.

Here you can find the current monthly project folder. It contains the most current mix of the song, and folders where you can upload tracks, pictures, samples, videos, etc. This link will change monthly, so keep this page bookmarked!

We are working on having a publicly accessible forum, but for now we use Discord to communicate. If you are collaborating we'll get you access to the hidden project chats.
